Worker killed whilst assisting a reversing lorry
A 62-year-old employee of a Whitchurch based company received fatal injuries after being hit by a passing vehicle whilst assisting a company lorry driver reverse.
The company pleaded guilty to an ofence under Section 2 (1) of the HASAW Act and were fined a total of £12,500.
